Overview Role Description<\/p>\n
This is a part-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Douala I. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for meeting sales targets, collaborating with the marketing team to implement strategies, and attending industry events to promote the hotel.<\/p>\n
As Sales Executive, you :<\/p>\n
Provide customers with a list of available services and corresponding prices and offer
\ndiscounts after approval from management.
\nHelp customers choose the most appropriate service that best meets their
\nspecifications and needs.
\nSupervising the booking of banquet facilities, rooms and other outlets in the hotel to
\nensure that they are available and properly organised.
\nMonitor the quality of the hotel’s customer service to ensure guests’ enjoyment
\nCarry out business intelligence
\nProspecting and expanding the hotel’s customer base
\nHelping to monitor payments for events organised
\nQualifications:<\/p>\n
Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management (at least 5 years)
\nStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
\nAbility to conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
\nExcellent organizational and time-management skills
\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team
\nExperience in the hospitality industry is a plus
\nBachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
\nFluency in english
