The Community Initiative for Sustainable Development, herein after referred to as COMINSUD, is a national development organization that works to promote governance and human development in general. It operates extensively in the Northwest region with some activities spread to other parts of Cameroon as need may be.
For its 28years of existence, it has built experiences carried out projects and activities and impacted lives in various domains of sustainable community development while promoting a culture of peace and engaging actively in humanitarian work.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

COMINSUD started its Cameroon activities in 2006 and was duly registered as a Common Initiative Group\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 with registration N\u00ba. NW\/GP\/01\/96\/1053, and subsequently changed on April 8th 1999 to an Association under Law N\u00ba.90-53 of 19 December 1990 with Ref. N\u00ba. 2031A\/E29\/1111\/Vol 7\/APPB following the country\u2019s prescriptions.
Its key areas of specialization include: Protection and Social Inclusion with focus on: the fight against Gender-Based Violence, promotion of Sexual Reproductive Health rights and fight against HIV\/AIDS Sustainable development and environmental management with focus on: Water, Hygiene and Sanitation (WASH), food and nutrition, rights to land. Grassroots political empowerment and good governance with focus on: promoting a culture of peace, respect of rights and democratic practices, local governance\/ decentralization. \u00a0
Humanitarian Interventions with focus on:\u00a0 GBV\/SRH, food and nutrition, WASH and shelter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

COMINSUD Cameroon with its base in Bamenda will proceed with the launching of a Request for Proposal in a bid to provide Mobile Money Transfer Services which are all in strict compliance with COMINSUD\u2019s procurement procedure. The award of contracts will strictly be based on the best value for money as clearly stated on the invitation letter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The purpose of the tender is to sign a Framework agreement with a Financial Service Provider for a period of one year which may be renewable for a period 12 months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All Financial Service Provider specialized in providing Mobile Money Transfer Services are invited to withdraw the tender   package by requesting from the following email address: cominsud\u00ac_ngo@yahoo.com<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This RFP comprises of two Lots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
