Compensation:750 000 FCFA Net for 3 months

markets and ensure that their production is properly managed after harvest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


What We Do<\/strong>
We are a food storage, drying, and distribution company that sources products from smallholder
farmers, whom we support during the season with input loans and training, so that they can be more
productive. We transform the farmers’ produce into standardized, graded products that we sell across
the country, to buyers who can be sure of the quality they receive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


About the Role<\/strong>
We are looking for a Sales Consultant to prospect, expand our client database and maintain long
lasting relationships with clients within their assigned territory for 3 months. They will need to
understand customer needs, problems, interests, competitor\u2019s activities and potential for new
products and services. In this regard, a successful candidate should be an outgoing, detail oriented
individual who understands the 4Ps of marketing and ensures that they are respected at all points of
sale. Someone who is a natural self-starter and is fueled by meeting personal targets.
Your responsibilities will include:
\u25cf Prospects & expands client base while maintaining long lasting relationships with clients within
assigned territory through daily visits as required by company;
\u25cf Meets and exceeds personal targets and sales team KPIs;
\u25cf Provide daily reports on field activities i.e. customer needs, problems, interests, competitor\u2019s
activities and potential for new products and services;
\u25cf Have a mastery of detailed information regarding the product in a bid to assist clients make a
purchase;
\u25cf Ensure that the 4ps of marketing (product, place, price and promotion) are respected in all
Outlets;
\u25cf Stock keeping, merchandising and thorough check of products\u2019 stock on shelves and
warehouse outlets; ensuring they are clean, undamaged and still have a consumable shelf life;
\u25cf Understand the company\u2019s business environment to promote best practices<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Qualifications<\/strong>
\u25cf At least 2 years of applicable work experience;
\u25cf Demonstrated \u201ccan do\u201d attitude with some experience in modern consumer product sales;
\u25cf Experience in or demonstrated interest in selling packed foods;
\u25cf Well organized and self-directed;
\u25cf High integrity and honesty;
\u25cf Driver\u2019s license (Category B);
\u25cf Good mastery of roads in Yaounde;
\u25cf Must be bilingual in English & French (written and verbal);
\u25cf Excellent presentation preparation and delivery skills;
\u25cf Decisive with a \u201cbig picture\u201d perspective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
