TRANSSION HOLDINGS is a company formerly known as TECNO TELECOM LIMITED. It is a mobile industry handling different brands, mainly Tecno, Infinix, Itel and Carlcare. Carlcare is the customer support service of Transsion Holdings’ different brands. <\/span><\/p>\n

We are recruiting to fill the job position <\/span>below: (AS SOON AS POSSIBLE<\/strong>).<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

Job Position:<\/span><\/strong> BTL Specialist<\/span><\/p>\n

Location:<\/span><\/strong> Douala Job Type :<\/strong> Full Time<\/span><\/p>\n

Qualification :<\/span><\/strong> HND\/Bachelors Degree<\/span><\/p>\n

Experience :<\/span><\/strong> 2 – 3 Years<\/span><\/p>\n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

–        –<\/span><\/span><\/span>Plan and implement strategic visibility locations across the country in collaboration with the Marketing Supervisor and Manager.<\/span><\/p>\n

–        –<\/span><\/span><\/span>Utilize technical knowledge of materials for offline visibility, including large advertising panels and in-store displays.<\/span><\/p>\n

–       – <\/span><\/span><\/span>Share materials and motivate the team while monitoring equipment usage in the field and providing timely reports.<\/span><\/p>\n

–       – <\/span><\/span><\/span>Organize creative promotions in phone markets and stores to boost sales.<\/span><\/p>\n

–        –<\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure timely execution and follow-up of terminal construction projects.<\/span><\/p>\n

–       – <\/span><\/span><\/span>Explore new BTL marketing ideas to differentiate and enhance brand image effectively.<\/span><\/p>\n

–        –<\/span><\/span><\/span>Oversee supplier production processes to ensure quality and timeliness.<\/span><\/p>\n

–        –<\/span><\/span><\/span>Write compelling advertising texts and prepare engaging presentations.<\/span><\/p>\n

–        –<\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain reports in Excel and create PowerPoint presentations<\/span><\/p>\n

QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

–        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Minimum HND\/Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field.<\/span><\/p>\n

–        <\/span><\/span><\/span>2-3 years of work experience in a similar role.<\/span><\/p>\n

–        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong knowledge of materials used for offline communication and their quality.<\/span><\/p>\n

–        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).<\/span><\/p>\n

–        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Dynamic, motivated, and a strong contributor to team efforts.<\/span><\/p>\n

–        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Proactive, respectful and discreet, maintaining confidentiality at all times.<\/span><\/p>\n
