Universal Cooperative Credit Union Limited (UNICCUL) is seeking two highly motivated and organized individuals to fill the position of Daily Cash Collector at our Yaound\u00e9 or Limbe Branch Office. The successful candidates will be responsible for collecting cash deposits from clients, reconciling cash collections, and supporting the overall operations of the credit union.
Key Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\u2022 Collect cash deposits from clients on a daily basis.
\u2022 Reconcile cash collections and prepare daily collection reports.
Maintain accurate records of cash collections and deposits.
\u2022 Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to credit union policies and procedures.
Requirements:<\/strong>
\u2022 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or has atleast Advanced Level Accounting or it equivalent. \u2022 At least 1 year of experience in cash collection or a related field.
\u2022 Excellent communication and customer service skills.
\u2022 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Integrity and honesty in handling cash and confidential information.
