Job objective(s)<\/strong>

\u00a0Ensure the management of UBA\u2019s infrastructure, logistics management for Littoral, West and South regions (Douala, Limbe, Bafoussam, Bamenda, Kribi)
Provide and ensure a conducive working environment for UBA Central Region staff
\u00a0

Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong>

Following with the support of Team Lead Property and facilities, all the below functions for the regions concerned:
Coordinate all Maintenance activities for the bank assets
Ensure that existing SLA with vendors are respected to ensure the maintenance of bank assets
Oversee administrative functions of UBA\u2019s corporate services thereby ensuring the provision of timely, efficient and cost effective support services
Responsible for issues concerning all bank equipment
Follow up and coordinate all new contracts engaged by the bank and review old contracts
Coordinate all logistic activities
Follow up and ensure in timeline the vendor payment,
Ensure permanent adequacy of Corporate services activities with the bank policies, local regulations and UBA standard
Follow up Real estate activity<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Education<\/strong>
Minimum education level \u2013 Bachelor degree in civil engineering or electricity or electrotechnics<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Experience
Minimum experience \u201305 years\u2019 relevant experience in managing maintenance contracts for buildings or electrical or electromechanical equipment<\/p>\n\n\n\n
