Job objective(s)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00a7 Oversee and manage architectural projects designed for the bank, and ensuring alignment with the brand manual and the bank\u2019s expectations<\/p>\n\n\n\n Duties & Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00a7 Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clearly outline project objectives, requirements, and deliverables<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00a7\u00a0 draft the terms of reference relating to the selection of consultants for the production of architectural plans for projects<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00a7 Regularly track project progress against established timelines and budgets, providing updates to stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00a7 Serve as the primary liaison between the bank and external design teams, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00a7\u00a0 Organize and participate in design review meetings to assess progress, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to project specifications<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00a7 Define and communicate quality standards for project deliverables, ensuring they meet the bank\u2019s requirements and industry best practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00a7 Assess architectural designs, plans, and specifications submitted by the consulltants firms for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00a7 Perform regular site visits to monitor construction progress, ensuring that work aligns with approved designs and quality standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00a7 Adjust project schedules as necessary to accommodate changes, delays, or unforeseen challenges, communicating updates to all stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00a7 Stay informed about local, state, and federal regulations affecting construction and architecture, ensuring all designs comply with these standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00a7\u00a0 Advise on architectural best practices and sustainable design principles to enhance project viability and environmental impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00a7 Prepare and deliver presentations on project plans, designs, and updates to senior management and other stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00a7 Actively solicit and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine project designs and ensure satisfaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n CHALLENGES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00a7 Managing different philosophies and work practices<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00a7 Maintaining consistent quality across various projects<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00a7 Balancing the differing expectations and interests of various stakeholders<\/p>\n\n\n\n PLANNING: Macro: six months;
