\u00a7\u00a0 Ensure clarity and uniformity of the scope of works before the engagement of the bank, in order to secure the best price in procurements, projects and services, following the standardize material specifications and the updated brand manual.

Duties and Responsibilities

\u00a7\u00a0 Review of tenders and quotations

\u00a7\u00a0 Ensure clarity and uniformity of scope

\u00a7\u00a0 To secure best price in procurements, projects and services

\u00a7\u00a0 Review and standardize material specifications

\u00a7\u00a0 Carry out market survey and peer price review

\u00a7\u00a0 Carry out cost and contract terms negotiations and reporting

\u00a7\u00a0 Preparation of cost estimates, construction budgets and bill of quantities<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a7  Monitor pre and post-contract management and administration of construction projets<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a7  Resolve contractual conflicts\/disputes<\/p>\n\n\n\n

JOB REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Education<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Minimum education level \u2013 civil works engineer<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Experience
Minimum experience \u2013 03 \u2013 05 years relevant in studies of building projects (calculation of structures, quotes and measurements, etc\u2026)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
