Job objective(s)<\/strong>

\u00a7  Processing resources request through approved vendors, and ensure quality and delivery within TAT

Duties & Responsibilities<\/strong>

\u00a7  Purchases office and operation equipment to support UBA business

\u00a7  Analyzes resource needs for all business offices

\u00a7  Strategic sourcing of vendors

\u00a7  Manages relationship with vendors and service providers

\u00a7  Liaises with contracts to keep the database of the vendors with a view to obtain information as relating pricing and availability of products

\u00a7  Advises management on resources and products

\u00a7  Works with price intelligence unit and ensure product delivery to right location at the right time

\u00a7  Ensure timely payments to vendors

\u00a7  Monitors government policies as it affects business resources to align bank\u2019s purchasing policies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS<\/strong>

Education<\/strong>
Minimum education level \u2013bachelor\u2019s degree in logistics, transport and supply chain management.

Experience
Minimum experience \u201305 years relevant experience in procurement, purchases of goods and services, and transit.
