KM INTERNATIONAL looking for a Marketing Manager, for one of their customer in Douala-Cameroun, which specialises in the commerce sector.

1.\u00a0\u00a0 Gather and analyze information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies.
2.\u00a0\u00a0 Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and strategic planning to assess and ensure the sale and profitability of products.
3.\u00a0\u00a0 Participate in promoting the brand through social media, SEO, Press release, influencers, media collaboration, and advertisements (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, TV & radio).
4.\u00a0\u00a0 Organize internal and external publicity activities to increase brand exposure and generate leads through exhibitions, webinars, forums, road shows and other industry-related events.
5.\u00a0\u00a0 Analyze data to evaluate and optimize the performance of the branding, advertising and promotional campaigns, recapping all marketing channels with the monthly and quarterly reports.
6.\u00a0\u00a0 Advise and allocate the marketing budget spend throughout the marketing calendar & implementation plan.
7.\u00a0\u00a0 Coordinate marketing strategies with the sales, marketing agency, headquarter and other regional departments.
1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Have more than 5 years of marketing experience: strategic planning and team management experience in the solar industry are preferred.
2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, branding, business administration and others in relative fields.
3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Proficiency in the operation of marketing platforms or software such as social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube), Google Analytics, WordPress, SEMrush, Advertisement (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn) etc.
4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Candidates with Pakistan media resource like news, magazine, influencers, industry association and event organizers in solar industry are preferred.
5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Capable of giving design directions or familiar with basic design software such as Photoshop, Canvas, Illustrator, Figma, Adobe Premiere Pro etc.
6.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent English capabilities in content planning and copy writing.
7.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, and superb leadership, communication and collaboration capabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
