{"id":49976,"date":"2024-10-30T11:41:45","date_gmt":"2024-10-30T10:41:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/louma-jobs.com\/cameroun\/?post_type=emplois&#038;p=49976"},"modified":"2024-10-30T11:41:46","modified_gmt":"2024-10-30T10:41:46","slug":"cash-management-officer-payment-solutions","status":"publish","type":"emplois","link":"https:\/\/louma-jobs.com\/cameroun\/recrutements-emplois-stages\/2024\/cash-management-officer-payment-solutions\/","title":{"rendered":"CASH MANAGEMENT OFFICER \u2013 Payment Solutions"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Job title\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 : Cash Management Officer \u2013 Payment Solutions<br><br>Department\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 : Transaction Banking<br><br>Reporting Line\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 : Team Lead Cash Management Solution<br><br>Location\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 : Douala<br><br>Job Objectives<br><br>To lead in building, deploying and positioning payment digital banking products ATM \/ Internet Banking for Retail, Corporates and Commercial Banking, understand performance and drive revenue by Product\/Solution type.<br>To ensure the most appropriate policies, processes, procedures, resources and partners are in place to drive optimal returns for the Bank and provide competitive advantage to the group.<br>Role &amp; Responsibilities<br><br>Manage and review the P&amp;L for the products\/services and reports monthly.<br>Work closely with business leads to develop and execute e-Payment product\/solutions plans;<br>Identify and implement innovative revenue generating services and enhancements and be first in the market in leading product innovations;<br>Conceive and drive e-Payment product\/solutions for Retail, Corporate and Commercial Banking; promotion and rewards to encourage increased adoption and usage.<br>Monitor performance of existing and new e-Payment product\/solutions and work with marketing to develop campaigns to drive activation, usage and acquisition.<br>Conduct Monthly, Quarterly e-Payment product\/solutions usage analysis including transaction volumes, count, revenues\u2026 and actual vs. target;<br>Produce and report on the Return on Investment (ROI) for existing and new e-Payment product\/solutions;<br>Identify, compile, and understand research and analysis related to market trends, profitability, pricing, product positioning, and sales strategy;<br>Conduct monthly competitive analysis to ensure Product\/solutions and pricing is in alignment with industry positions. Assist in developing strategies to sustain and grow the Bank\u2019s competitive position;<br>Closely Monitor Customer Complaints from CFC on the e-Payment product\/solutions and improve the processes to provide simple, functional and reliable products.<br>Produce and publish detailed product information guides including features and functions, positioning and pricing;<br>Responsible for training and support of customers\/ internal staff on e-Payment solutions;<br>Create and deliver product training on an on-going basis to sales, and other key stakeholders in Branch Operations and Customer services;<br>Plan, input, maintain and communicate a strategic view of Transaction Banking Sales, Products and Services Cash Management (e-Payment product\/solutions) of the Retail, Corporate and Commercial Banking division.<br>Assist in the overall planning process for new features and initiatives for digital products. Act as an advisor to business.<br>Work closely with the sales team, IT, Operations, CFC to identify future product enhancements.<br>Work closely with Product marketing to promote e-Payment\/ product\/solutions that support the business segments;<br>Sunset products not meeting market\/segment needs and develop transition plans;<br>Ensure that all key stakeholders are involved in the development of products and that the appropriate SLAs are in place to support the delivery of existing and new products.<br>Coordinate with the business, IT and Operations to ensure that the necessary testing is conducted and key stakeholder sign-offs are documented prior to release to production.<br>Ensure compliance with all the local regulations and Global and Local best practices.<br>Ensure familiarity with all the policies and processes of the bank in each UBA presence country.<br>Identify and address the Operations, Compliance and IT Risk elements in the product\/processes and build adequate mitigants to make it safe for customers to use the products.<br>Execute all other projects that may be assigned from time to time in collaboration with the Digital Banking projects management team.<br>Key Performance Indicator<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Customer Satisfaction Index (Internal) \u2013 100% Quality Support to the Business \u00a0<br>Customer satisfaction Index (External)- Top 3<br>Overall Digital Banking Products &amp; Solutions PBT \u2013 100% Budget Attainment Actual VS.
