Job purpose: The Digital Banking Project Delivery Manager is responsible for delivering digital banking projects, ensuring they are completed on time, with high-quality outcomes, within budget, and meet business requirements. This role requires strong project management skills, knowledge of digital banking systems, and excellent stakeholder management abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Project Planning and Initiation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Project Execution and Monitoring<\/p>\n\n\n\n Manage cross-functional project teams, vendors, and stakeholders. Risk and Issue Management<\/p>\n\n\n\n Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Communication and Stakeholder Management<\/p>\n\n\n\n Provide project status updates to stakeholders. Quality Assurance<\/p>\n\n\n\n Ensure projects meet quality standards. Budgeting and Cost Management<\/p>\n\n\n\n Manage project budget and expenses. Business Development<\/p>\n\n\n\n Work closely with business leads to develop and execute product plans to support Digital Solutions and Products. Conceive and drive product promotion and rewards to encourage increased adoption and usage Performance Monitoring & Analytics<\/p>\n\n\n\n Monitor performance of existing and new products and payment channels and work with Business Units to develop campaigns to drive activation, usage and acquisition. Create and deliver product training on an on-going basis to sales, and other key stakeholders in Branch Operations and Customer services. Assist in the overall planning process for new features and initiatives for digital products. Act as an advisor to business. Work closely with Product marketing to promote Digital Channels and individual products and services that support the business segments\/channels. Regulatory & Compliance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Coordinate with the business, IT and Operations to ensure that the necessary testing is conducted and key stakeholder sign-offs are documented prior to release to production. Minimum Education Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Computer Science Engineer or Master degree in related field<\/p>\n\n\n\n Work Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in digital banking or fintech with at least 2 years banking experience and at least 2 years in a similar role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Strong knowledge of digital banking systems, payment platforms, and core banking solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Conduct feasibility studies, business cases, and cost-benefit analyses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Coordinate development, testing, and deployment of digital banking solutions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Develop and implement risk mitigation plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Manage project documentation and reporting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Conduct regular quality checks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ensure cost-effectiveness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Identify and implement innovative revenue generating services and enhancements and be first in the market in leading product innovations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Build and maintain partnerships with key vendor partners such as VISA, MasterCard, and Card Processors & e-Commerce and Technology Partners to deliver maximum efficiencies, income and superior internal and external support and service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Identify, compile, and understand research and analysis related to market trends, profitability, pricing, product positioning, and sales strategy
Conduct monthly competitive analysis to ensure Product and pricing is in alignment with industry positions. Assist in developing strategies to sustain and grow the Bank\u2019s competitive position
Closely Monitor Customer Complaints from CFC on the Digital channels and Products and improve the processes to provide simple, functional and reliable products.
Communication & Training<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Produce and publish detailed product information guides including features and functions, positioning and pricing.
Research & Development<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Work closely with the sales team, IT, Operations, CFC to identify future product enhancements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sunset products not meeting market\/segment needs and develop transition plans
Ensure that all key stakeholders are involved in the development of products and that the appropriate SLAs are in place to support the delivery of existing and new products.

Ensure compliance with all the local regulations and Global and Local best practices.
Ensure familiarity with all the policies and processes of the bank in your country.
Identify and address the Operations, Compliance and IT Risk elements in the product\/processes and build adequate mitigants to make it safe for customers to use the products.
Execute all other projects that may be assigned from time to time<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Experience with project management tools (Asana, Jira, MS Project).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
DESIRABLE<\/strong>
Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification
Experience with cloud-based technologies (AWS, Azure).
Knowledge of DevOps practices.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements (PSD2, GDPR, PCI-DSS).
Certification in business analysis (CBAP, CCBA).
Experience with digital transformation initiatives.
