This is \u00e0 leadership role accountable for the delivery of Remittances & Mobile Money business in each
affiliate. The role is to distribute and sell Digital remittance & Mobile money products in a dormant<\/p>\n\n\n\n
market and position our digital products (Mobil- Money\/Ecobank Mobile\/Ecobank Pay\/Ecobank
Online) as undisputed No Tin country of coverage as per group 5year plan. Product conception will
b- handled centrally for implementation and sales in affiliates in conformity with product standards,
process and procedures. Sales & Distribution of Remittances & Mobile Money shall be 60% Digitally
sold and 40% reliance on physical locations; particularly agent and merchant networks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Product Management<\/strong> Collaborate with Group Resource to maintain and develop Digital Remittances & Mobile Money Understand and provid- product knowledge, training and guidanc- to Sales team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Maintain excellent communication to support productiv- external and internal relationships and Stake Holder Management (DSA\/Distributors\/Merchant, Branch and TELCO partner support Maintain a prospective merchant and TELCO partners register.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Co-ordinat- communication to customers, branch champions and TELCO partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Build a strong network to support the sharing of best practice with the Sales and Marketing teams Monitor Service Level Agreements and ensure effective delivery of services to both internal and Provides business justification for new product development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n – KEY RESPONSABILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Revenue generation (and Growth Analysis)<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Deliver revenue budgets\/targets<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Track affiliate performance against budget\/target.<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Recommend and implement remedial measures aimed at addressing performance gaps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Drive transactions in key send market<\/p>\n\n\n\n Marketing and sales promotions<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Co-ordinate all promotion activities (including agreed marketing activities) to create product – Liais- with agent\/partners and giv- support to ensure success of their promotion activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Liais- with Ecobank Branches to deliver joint promotion activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Processes and procedures<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Ensure processes and procedures are adhered to. – Account for all product AML audits to ensure full compliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n REPORTING:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Head Digital Channels (Sales & Usage)<\/p>\n\n\n\n EXPERIENC- & QUALIFICATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking\/finance field – Excellent experience of running commercialization globally, performing business due – Good experience with Product and Capabilities Management. – Ideally to have three + years of experience in Remittances \/ wireless & mobile industry or – Commercial acumen. – Innovation and creativity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n EDUCATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Bachelor’s\/ Master’s degree in a related field (Banking, Information Technology, Finance or Sales, etc.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n Ecobank<\/p>\n\n\n\n Th- Pan African Bank<\/p>\n\n\n\n – .SKILLS, CAPABILITIES & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n – Basic Treasury skills especially in Foreign Exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Strong communicator both verbal and written.<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Ability to engag- with senior leaders and other key stakeholders. – Analytical skills for business cost-benefit presentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Results driven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Fluency in English and French.
