\/ Activit&eacute;s<\/p>\n<ul style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 1rem;\">\n<li style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\"><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">S&rsquo;assurer de la production industrielle en qualit&eacute; et quantit&eacute;;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\"><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">Suivre les indicateurs de production<\/span>&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\"><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">Avec le responsable de la maintenance, Assurer la disponibilit&eacute; des machines, am&eacute;liorer les performances et les co&ucirc;ts de l&rsquo;entretien &nbsp;des machines dans les meilleures conditions de productivit&eacute;, de s&eacute;curit&eacute; et de qualit&eacute;;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\"><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">G&eacute;rer les projets de mise en place des nouvelles entit&eacute;s et des nouveaux produits;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\"><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">R&eacute;aliser les Implantations industrielles;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\"><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\"><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">&nbsp;<\/span>Mettre en place une planification syst&eacute;matique des arr&ecirc;ts machines;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\"><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">Suivre avec le service en charge, l&rsquo;approvisionnement des mati&egrave;res premi&egrave;res afin de r&eacute;organiser au besoin la production;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\"><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">Soumettre et r&eacute;aliser les plans d&rsquo;am&eacute;lioration;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\"><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">Former&nbsp; les op&eacute;rateurs machines, Organiser des r&eacute;unions journali&egrave;res dans le but de &nbsp;d&eacute;gager les principales actions afin d&rsquo;augmenter la productivit&eacute; des &eacute;quipements de production.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Profil \/ Comp&eacute;tences \/Exigences<\/p>\n<ul style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 1rem;\">\n<li style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\"><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\"><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">Avoir un niveau BAC+3 &agrave; 5 dans les fili&egrave;res suivantes&nbsp;:&nbsp;<span style=\"box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;\">Ing&eacute;nierie industrielle M&eacute;canicien ou Electrom&eacute;canicien&nbsp;avec Une exp&eacute;rience av&eacute;r&eacute;e dans la gestion des unit&eacute;s de production;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\"><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">Avoir une exp&eacute;rience av&eacute;r&eacute;e de 2 ans minimum dans les domaines suivants&nbsp;:<\/span>&nbsp;<span style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\"><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">&middot;<\/span>gestion d&rsquo;unit&eacute;s industrielles,&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\"><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">&middot;<\/span>Leadership et Management des &eacute;quipes,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\"><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">M&eacute;thodique&nbsp;;
