Our success is a combination of accuracy, knowledge and experience to satisfy and create value for our customers.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With the aim of strengthening its workforce,&nbsp;<em><strong>CREA INVEST<\/strong><\/em><em><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><em>is recruiting branch operations supervisors for its branches (located in Douala, Yaound\u00e9 and Buea).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Assignments:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Placed under the responsibility of a Branch Manager, the Branch Operations Supervisors\u2019 mission is to supervise front office activities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for the overall operational efficiency of the branch;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure security of all assets at the branch;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure that customers claims are resolved efficiently and in a timely fashion;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure strict respect of the branch operational policy;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supervising the activities of Tellers, Daily collectors and Customer assistants;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Managing the vault and strong room.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Expected qualities and performance criteria:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Mastery of products and services sold in MFIs (MicroFinance Institutions)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mastery of sales and prospecting techniques<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mastery of customer reception techniques<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have good customer relationship management skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mastery of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and at least 1 banking software<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of the operational dynamics of a branch of a microfinance institution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of cash management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be perfectly bilingual (French and English)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be oriented customer and result<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Profile required:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>BAC+2 (HND) minimum in Banking and Finance, Management Science, Accounting, Marketing and Communication, Commercial Action, and\/or any equivalent diploma<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Live in one of the following towns : Douala, Yaound\u00e9 and Buea<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At least 2 years of experience in a customer relationship position (customer assistant) within a 2nd category MFI or a bank. 02 years minimum of experience (working) as a Teller or Head Teller in a microfinance or banking institution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Very good experience in using the Teller\/Customer Assistant module of any banking software.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be a Cameroonian (Male\/Female)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be
