Our success is a combination of accuracy, knowledge and experience to satisfy and create value for our customers.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With the aim of strengthening its workforce,&nbsp;<em><strong>CREA INVEST<\/strong><\/em><em><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><em>is recruiting daily cash collectors for its branches (located in Douala, Yaound\u00e9 and Buea).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Assignments:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Placed under the responsibility of the Branch Operations Supervisor,&nbsp;<em>daily cash collector<\/em>s\u2019 mission is to collect funds from customers and sell our products and services:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Create and develop a portfolio of micro savers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collect funds on a daily basis from small savers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reach out to customers to facilitate loan repayments and savings deposits;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remit payments collected from customers into the accounts of these last;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Initiate microloans files;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor the reimbursement of microloans through daily collect.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Expected qualities and performance criteria:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Good knowledge of products and services sold in MFIs (MicroFinance Institutions)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good knowledge of mobile\/daily collect activity in microfinance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mastery of telecommunications tools (telephone, application, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mastery of office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good rapid calculation skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have a solvent joint and personal guarantee<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be perfectly bilingual (French and English)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be customer satisfaction oriented<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good ability to respect procedures for processing cash transactions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Profile required:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Have at least a secondary education level<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Live in one of the following towns : Douala, Yaound\u00e9 and Buea<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Previous experience in daily collect or customer service will be an advantage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be a Cameroonian (Male\/Female)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be available
