Our success is a combination of accuracy, knowledge and experience to satisfy and create value for our customers.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With the aim of strengthening its workforce,&nbsp;<em><strong>CREA INVEST<\/strong><\/em><em><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><em>is recruiting account managers&nbsp;<\/em><em>for its branches (located in Douala, Yaound\u00e9 and Buea).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Assignments:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under the authority of a Branch Manager, the Account Managers are responsible for the growth in number and quality of their branch\u2019s portfolio:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Respect the rules of security and ethics (Anti Money Laundering policies) ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyse loan request and collect information ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow up on reimbursements and debt collection ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage and develop your credit and deposit portfolio ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support\/assist the Branch manager in his missions ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform any other action and task recommended by the hierarchy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Expected qualities and performance criteria:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Mastery of products and services sold in Microfinance institutions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mastery of banking techniques<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent skill in loan analysis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be perfectly bilingual (French and English)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be a Cameroonian (Male\/Female)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be oriented customer and result<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be passionate about sales and the field<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Moral probity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Profile required:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>BAC+3 (Bachelor\u2019s degree) in Banking and Finance, Management Science, Accounting, Commercial Action, and\/or any equivalent diploma<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Live in one of the following towns : Douala, Yaound\u00e9 and Buea<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have significant experience of at least 02 years in the management of a client portfolio and 02 years in a similar position (account manager), within a 2nd category MFI or a bank<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be a Cameroonian (Male\/Female)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be available immediately<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Method of
