SCI Chimede is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our team. We are looking for someone who is highly skilled in financial management, with a deep understanding of accounting principles and regulations.<\/div>\n

Requirements:<\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n
To be considered for the role, you should meet the following requirements:<\/div>\n
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Masters holder is preferred.<\/div>\n
* Professional certification (ACCA or CIMA) is required<\/div>\n
*Proficient in both English and French.<\/div>\n
* Experience in a real estate industry is an added advantage<\/div>\n
* 8- 12 years of applicable work experience, including experience with SAGE software <\/div>\n
* Strong knowledge of financial management principles and accounting regulations<\/div>\n
* Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office<\/div>\n
* Excellent communication and leadership skills<\/div>\n
* Attention to detail and analytical thinking<\/div>\n
* Ability to manage a team and work under pressure<\/div>\n
* Good organizational and time management skills are highly desirable.<\/div>\n
* Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders at very senior level<\/div>\n
* Proficient with numbers, statistics, and logics<\/div>\n
* Good Presentation skill<\/div>\n
