For our Cameroon Country Office, we are looking for six (06) dynamic, committed and passionate
Archivist Interns who are excited to join a well-known international conservation Organization and
establish a reliable gateway to build their career.
Reports to : IT Advisor and Programme managers
Location :<\/strong>\u00a0Yaounde (02), Mambele (01), Ngoyla (01), Campo (01), Limbe (01)
Duration : Till 30th June 2024
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
\uf0b7 Classify files to be archived, rename them according to the naming convention,
reorganize them into the folder structure and convert them to new formats if
necessary;
\uf0b7 Collecting documentation;
\uf0b7 Analyze documents and pass on information where necessary;
\uf0b7 Scan documents;
\uf0b7 Upload into the cloud system;
\uf0b7 Define an archiving plan;
\uf0b7 Archiving documents (physical and digital);
\uf0b7 Carry out any other tasks as requested by line management.
Profile<\/strong>
Required Qualifications<\/strong>
\uf0b7 A bachelor degree;
\uf0b7 A prior experience in archiving.
Required Skills and Competencies
\uf0b7 Excellent archiving skills;
\uf0b7 Excellent organization skills;
\uf0b7 Details oriented;
\uf0b7 Adhere to WWF\u2019s values : Respect, Courage, Integrity & Collaboration.
NB : the starting date will be only contingent on funding<\/p>\n\n\n\n
