You are a born leader who can turn \u201cmaybes\u201d into bookings and have the magic touch when it comes to building and maintaining relationships. You oversee the overall sales and marketing of the hotel, and identify new business opportunities to achieve optimal occupancy, maximize revenue and meet or exceed the hotel&rsquo;s profit targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What you will be doing!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>\u2713 Drive revenue growth by developing and implementing strategic sales plans, targeting new markets, and forging strong relationships with key accounts. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2713 Provide coaching, mentorship, and support to help the team achieve their full potential. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2713 Work as an expert on the Douala hospitality market, understanding competitor offerings and identifying unique selling propositions for our hotel. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2713 Represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm, building trust and loyalty with guests and partners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Profile!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>\u2713 A minimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in a similar position <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2713 A master\u2019s degree in sales and Marketing or related field <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2713 Excellent proficiency in English and French <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2713 A deep understanding of the hospitality industry in Cameroon <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2713 Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites and CRM software. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2713 Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2713 Strong leadership and team spirit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About us!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We understand that in the hotel business having the right people at the right place is key to success.
