\u25aa Main mission : According to factory production plan, track the production progress to ensure the
smooth receipt of materials, the smooth production and the smooth inbound of finished goods.
\u00a0PROFILE<\/strong>
\u25aa Formation :<\/strong>\u00a0Logistics and Warehouse or any related field
\u25aa Level of Education : BACC + 3
\u25aa Professional skills : Computer, Analysis and judgement, Knowledge of materials
\u25aa Personal Skills : Initiative, pressure management, continuous Learning, communication and
coordination,
\u25aa Experience :1 \u2013 3 years
\u25aa Age : 25 ans \u2013 35 ans
\u25aa Language : French and English (Perfectly bilingual)
\u00a0JOB DESCRIPTION\/RESPONSIBILITY<\/strong>
-Make material requisition according to the production plan given by PMC manager and add material requisition if it is neccessary
-Make the inventory for the material in the machine and stock .
– Tracking the materials in the machine, push the warehouse department to issue the material if material is urgent to use.
– Publicity and training on handover matters
– Publicity and training on materials and plan
-Operate the SAP system to carry out plan upload, plan conversation, plan release, COGI error handling, work reporting
etc.
– Confirmation, verification and archiving of product data
– Carry out other tasks assigned by superior
