The Social Media Support is responsible for the company\u2019s e-reputation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><u>Roles &amp; Responsabilities<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>\u2013 Setting and implementing social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2013 Develop a content marketing plan and editorial calendar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2013 Create engaging and shareable content for social media, web platform and\/or promotional videos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2013 Provide community feedback to the management and stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2013 Plan and execute community initiatives and programs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2013 Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2013 Create an integrated digital plan that ensures content on UBA group websites and social media channels are joined up and consistent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2013 Monitor social media campaigns and analyze web traffic from the online community using key performance indicators (KPIs).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2013 Find new marketing and outreach opportunities to push brand image and products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2013&nbsp;Work with journalists, PR agencies &amp; influencer to ensure accurate brand representation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2013 Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Key Performance Indicators<\/strong><ul><li>\u2013 Online Brand awareness<\/li><li>\u2013 Online reputation<\/li><li>\u2013 Timely execution of communication campaigns<\/li><li>\u2013 User reach via Online media<\/li><li>\u2013 Amount of followers on Social Media<\/li><li>\u2013 Engagement rate on social media<\/li><li>\u2013 Positive sentiment analysis on social media<\/li><li>\u2013 Website traffic<\/li><li>\u2013 100% compliance with our Brand Policy&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Education required<\/strong>:\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<ul><li>\u2013 A minimum of Bachelor\u2019s degree in relevant disciplines such as Mass Communication or Marketing.<\/li><li>\u2013 Certification on Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.<\/li><li>&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Experience required:<\/strong><ul><li>Minimum relevant banking experience: n\/a.
