SME Indirect Channels Grand Center"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Manager &#8211; SME Indirect Channels Grand Center YDE.Enterprise Business Unit<br>Yaound\u00e9, Centre, Cameroon (On-site)<br>TRENDING<br><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION<\/strong><br><strong>Key Tasks:<\/strong><br><br>Performs sales activities on soho accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in conformity with the delegation of authority<br>Planification and implementation of indirect sales activity to ensure growth and target achievement<br>Develop the business through partnerships<br>Manages personnel and develops sales staff.<br>Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the team.<br>Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams<br>Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all products &amp; services in his portfolio<br>Provides monthly and quarterly results assessments of sales staff\u2019s productivity.<br>Coordinates proper team resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.<br>Ensures sales policies, practices and procedures are in line with the company\u2019s rules<br>Assists sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision-makers.<br>Collaborates with marketing and senior management to develop sales strategies to improve market share and value share in all product lines.<br>Interprets short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit.<br>Educates sales team by establishing programs\/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, sales of emerging products and multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses and business\/financial issues on contracts.<br>Collaborates with marketing, solutions engineering and senior management to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses.<br>Reviews expenses and recommends economies.<br><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><br><strong>Supervisory \/ Leadership \/ Managerial Tasks:<\/strong><br><br>Strategically manage, direct, motivate and inspire team<br>Set goals and objectives for direct reports, monitor progress and maintain motivation<br>Manage performance of team.<br>Possess the authority; presence and integrity to command respect from colleagues and from external contacts<br>Planning and organising<br>Foster Team and independent work<br>Foster cross functional collaboration between IT, Products, Technology , Solutions Engineering and Marketing to deliver ENTERPRISE product and services<br><strong>QUALIFICATIONS<\/strong><br><strong>Education:<\/strong><br>Master Degree in telecommunications with a commercial related postgraduate degree or qualification is desirable<br>Master Degree in Commercial or Marketing<br>Experience:<br><br>At least 5 years in selling to Large Organizations and\/or SME\/SMIs with minimum of 3 years&nbsp;
