class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Job Objectives<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>\u2013 Build strong Audit and Compliance environment to ensure zero fraud level, value for money, zero infraction to policies<\/li><li>\u2013 Provide compliance counselling, advisory and decision support services to business units.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><u>Role &amp; Responsibilities<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>\u2013 Assist in the development and revision\/update of the annual IT audit strategy and work plan in conjunction with the Head, Corporate Audit and Compliance<\/li><li>\u2013 Participate in process reviews\/redesigns as well as systems upgrade\/implementation efforts to ensure that appropriate system controls considerations are effectively taken on board and implemented<\/li><li>\u2013 Monitor adequacy of security and control built into the bank\u2019s IT architecture<\/li><li>\u2013 Perform other duties as assigned by the Head, Operations &amp; Business Software<\/li><li>\u2013 Render technical support to the Internal Audit unit<\/li><li>\u2013 Perform Revenue Assurance for all bank products<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Performance Indicator<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>\u2013 Attainment of Approved Audit Plan<\/li><li>\u2013 Follow up and closure of the Audit Exceptions raised by the External Auditors\/ Regulators\/in-house Audits<\/li><li>\u2013 Minimise Net Losses due to Fraud<\/li><li>\u2013 Minimize financial losses due to penalties for regulatory breaches and infractions<\/li><li>\u2013 Full recovery of the income leakage<\/li><li>\u2013 Adherence to Training Plan<\/li><li>\u2013 Voluntary Attrition rate<\/li><li>\u2013 Customer Satisfaction Index<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><u>Education Requirements<\/u><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>\u2013 Minimum of a Bachelors\u2019 degree in Computer Science\/Engineering \/ IT Security.<\/li><li>\u2013 Relevant Professional certification e.g. CISA, ACCA, CRISC, CISSP etc.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><u>Experience<\/u><\/strong><strong><u>&nbsp;<\/u><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>\u2013 Minimum 6 years of Audit experience (with at least 3 years in banking).<\/li><li>\u2013 Previous experience with an international Accounting Firm will be considered an asset.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4
