PROFILE <\/strong>
\n– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
\n– Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in a consulting firm.
\n– Proven experience working on diverse projects and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders.
\n– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
\n– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
\n– Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
\n– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
\n– Outstanding communication and presentation capabilities, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
\n– Strong proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques.
\n– Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and support the needs of a growing organization.
\n– Proficiency in utilizing business analysis tools and methodologies.
\n– Full proficiency in English and French.<\/p>\n

RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong>
\n– Collaborate closely with clients to comprehensively understand their business processes, strategies, and goals.
\n– Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements, converting them into clear, actionable deliverables.
\n– Develop comprehensive business cases, requirement documents, process flows, and other related documentation to support project initiatives.
\n– Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation and address any impediments.
\n– Lead workshops and meetings to elicit business requirements, validate findings, and present strategic recommendations using advanced Excel capabilities for data analysis.
\n– Leverage advanced data analysis in Excel to identify trends, patterns, and insights crucial for making strategic business decisions.
