remain simple for customers<\/li><li>Interact with customers reaching office for questions and disputes on invoices open in their statement<\/li><li>Ensures tight follow up on ageing outstanding to minimize impact of LOD on country\u2019s GP and EBIT performances<\/li><li>Responsible to drive Customer outcomes through positive customer experience in finance related processes.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a0<strong>We are looking for<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>A minimum of 2 years of working experience in AR and collection within the logistic industry.<\/li><li>Proven experience in customer facing processes, and a good understanding of commercial processes (contracting, bookings etc.)<\/li><li>Good communication skills (towards both internal &amp; external customers).<\/li><li>Fluency in French and English is Required.<\/li><li>Team Player and Driven to ensure things get done.<\/li><li>Excellent time management and Analytical skills.<\/li><li>Finance background and experience are an advantage, but not a firm requirement<\/li><li>Experienced in working closely with offshore teams in service centers.<\/li><li>Knowledge of Credit and Collections processes<\/li><li>SAP &amp;
