I.  JOB PURPOSE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022    Safeguard and manages the securities and other assets of mutual funds under the bank\u2019s custody.
\u2022    Maintain constant relationship with Mutual funds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

II. KEY RESPONSABILITIES<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022    Responsible to review all sales and purchases of assets, reconciliation of cash and confirmation of shares\/units transferred to the right investor.
\u2022    Ensure accurate and updated information for each unit holder of the mutual funds with respect to regulation.
\u2022    Send security releases confirmation copies to fund managers.
\u2022    Processing instructions of mutual funds
\u2022    Provide other support to the unit as and when needed.
\u2022    Fully ensure the regulatory role of custodian as per the regulation of COSUMAF n\u00b01 of the 21st July 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022    Support custody and treasury team so as to enable them achieve set targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022    Minimum of 1-year experience in a financial institution<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Knowledge
\u2022    Working Knowledge of Excel
\u2022    Appreciation of securities Accounting
