One of such years should have been spent on driving high level personality.<br><br>JOB KNOWLEDGE: Mission&rsquo;s protocol procedures as it relates to the Front Office.\u00a0 State Department vehicle safety standards.\u00a0 Motor pool rules and regulations.\u00a0 Knowledge of the location of other Missions, host Government institutions, and NGOs.\u00a0 Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations. Knowledge of in-country travel routes and areas. General awareness of the general political climate in the country related to protests, demonstrations, and riots.<br><br>Education Requirements:<br>Completion of Primary School is required.<br><br>Evaluations:<br>LANGUAGE: Limited knowledge Reading\/Writing\/Speaking English and French is required. This may be tested.<br><br>SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Must hold a valid and legally obtained Cameroonian driver\u2019s license (Category B-C-D).\u00a0 Operates level C or D armored vehicle with defensive driving skills. Must be able to diagnose and handle preventive maintenance and first-echelon automotive repairs. Ability to detect vehicle defects and report them immediately to authorities concerned.\u00a0 Must quickly and calmly evaluate risks and alternative actions always assuring the maximum safety of the passengers. Must be able to deal with high level officials in a relaxed and competent manner.
