Job Title: Solar Energy Technician (CAD Experience)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Electram Engineering is a leading provider of renewable energy solutions in Cameroon. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Solar Energy Technician with CAD expertise to join our team. Responsibilitie:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Designing, planning, and implementing solar energy systems, including photovoltaic arrays and associated electrical components;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Conducting site assessments and evaluating the feasibility of solar energy installations;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Creating detailed CAD drawings and schematics for electrical and photovoltaic systems;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Collaborating with project teams to ensure accurate installation and integration of solar energy systems;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to solar energy systems;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Conducting quality inspections and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Providing technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Proven experience as a Solar Energy Technician, with a focus on CAD for electrical and photovoltaic installations;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) for designing electrical and photovoltaic systems;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– In-depth knowledge of solar energy principles, components, and technologies;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Strong understanding of electrical systems, including wiring, circuitry, and load calculations;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to clients and team members;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to project sites as required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Remuneration:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This position offers competitive compensation on a job contract basis, with the potential for a retainer fee based on performance and sales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
