This involves working closely with bank\u2019s business partners.<br>To work with country business heads to develop the appropriate delivery mechanism to launch Treasury<br>products at country level.<br>To drive Treasury Sales activities towards attainment of \ufb01nancial targets.<br>To increase new products and initiatives in the market place with the objective of improving pro\ufb01tability<br>To conduct presentations to existing and potential customers in order to increase awareness of the Treasury<br>products and to build business network.<br>To launch and maintain an efficient cross sell campaign in order to leverage ECOBANK\u2019s products and diversify<br>product supply towards Treasury products.<br>To build and maintain a high level of synergies with metrics partners (relationship managers, other product peers,<br>HR, FINANCEs, etc \u2026)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>JOB CONTEXT<br>Strategic understanding of CEMAC Foreign exchange and money market. Business oriented with a strong focus on<br>revenue targets. Should be \ufb02uent in English and French for easy interaction with customers and group reports and<br>interaction with all BU and support functions for an optimal product delivery<br>Functions highly contributes to FICC cross sale within the bank with other BU and products. Strong emphasis on<br>customer satisfaction for a timely delivery of solutions for treasury sales related issues<br>Treasury Sales should have a year on year growth except exceptional market factions. The role should thrive to a<br>perfect organization for an optimal performance within the revenue targets<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>KEY RESPONSABILITIES<br>Customer Management<br>To roll out and coordinate completion of In-Country Sales Process.<br>Develop platform to build client relations and coordinate customer relationships and country Sales process.<br>To establish and maintain regular contacts with customers and regulators.<br>Identi\ufb01cation of customer opportunities, both in-country and regionally.<br>Identi\ufb01cation of area as well as in-country competitive threats and market opportunities, to feed into overall sales<br>strategy.<br>To set up new revenue streams by exploring new market niches and selectively introducing new products (Fixed Income,<br>Money Market, Equities, Forwards, and Derivatives).<br>To set up a clear and coherent marketing plan.<br>To monitor business performance on an ongoing basis vis-\u00e0-vis budget and take pro-active measures to achieve it.<br>To ensure that the clients of the Bank are serviced efficiently by quick quotations, quality inputs on the markets and regular<br>contacts as per the sales process.<br>To ensure that necessary steps are taken to address regulatory and internal control guidelines.<br>To cross sell other ECOBANK products to the Treasury customer base.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>KEY RESPONSABILITIES<br>Financial Management And Reporting<br>Deliver in ECM Treasury Sales budget.<br>To provide direction and migrate best practices, where necessary.<br>Ensure transmission of reporting related to Treasury Sales activity (FX Flows, FX Blotter, FI Blotter)<br>Ensure appropriate tracking and accounting of treasury sales revenues<br>Consolidation of group FX Flows for Group Manager Treasury Sales<br>Follow up of group FX volumes and revenues on a yearly basis to advise on trend and revenue projections for the Group<br>Manager Treasury Sales<br>Manage the completion of the yearly wallet sizing activity for Treasury Sales Business<br>Manage the Price risk limit approbation process for necessary market risk limits needed for a smooth business operation<br>Manage the validation of Treasury Sales related product programs<br>Compliance To Bank\u2019s And Local Regulations<br>To ensure complete adherence to all of ECOBANK\u2019s compliance and regulatory requirements.<br>To maintain high standards in terms of compliance and internal process ensuring complete adequacy to Audit<br>requirements.<br>To ensure the business meets its obligation in terms of client appropriateness and suitability of product supply.<br>To maintain good relationship with regulators.<br>To keep abreast of the changes in the business and regulatory environment.<br>To ensure adherence to proper conduct and professional behaviour for all TSOs.<br>People And Talent Management<br>Joint responsibility with the Country Treasurer and HR heads in the appointment, management of career, training and<br>retention for all TSOs.<br>To build a pipeline of CVs in case some key positions are vacant within ECOBANK<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>JOB PROFILE<br>Experience &amp; Quali\ufb01cations<br>FX and Money Market rate management in order to secure the optimum spreads without loss of business.<br>At least 5 years in a sales function with knowledge of FICC products and CEMAC regulation being a plus<br>Minimum Bac+3<br>To be able to analyse and interpret market news with a view to provide quality service and inputs to clients and other<br>business units.<br>To be able to analyse market trends and information and take steps to further grow business.<br>To exert sound judgement as to expand customer base within appropriate regulatory and KYC environment.<br>Skills, Capabilities &amp;
