{"id":38569,"date":"2023-02-26T00:38:35","date_gmt":"2023-02-25T23:38:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/louma-jobs.com\/cameroun\/?post_type=emplois&#038;p=38569"},"modified":"2023-02-26T00:38:37","modified_gmt":"2023-02-25T23:38:37","slug":"the-service-supervisor","status":"publish","type":"emplois","link":"https:\/\/louma-jobs.com\/cameroun\/recrutements-emplois-stages\/2023\/the-service-supervisor\/","title":{"rendered":"The Service Supervisor"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>NATURE OF CONTRACT\nPermanent Contract \nJOB PURPOSE\nThe Service Supervisor operations - Branch operations will supervise all branches operation \nactivities.\n(01) Service Supervisor Operations\/\nBranch Operations\n ready to work across the national territory.\nThe position is based in Douala\nJob Grade : 3B - Job Level : 5\nECOBANK CAMEROUN S.A. is recruiting \n\nKEY RESPONSABILITIES\n\nEnsure processing, distribution and destruction of check books not collected by customers after \na period of 3 months.\nEnsure processing, distribution and destruction of cards and PINS\nProvision of regular trainings to existing branch staff and induction programs to new hirers.\nConsolidate and review daily\/monthly cash reports to ensure optimal cash management in \nbranches and advise accordingly.\nEnsure adequate staffing at the branches ( Tellers\/CSM)\nEnsure proper records are kept for unpaid values for onward transmission to clients\nEnsure international transfer documents are regularly transmitted to cash management and \nother transactions transferred to the archives as per procedure in force\nFollow up and ensure the SLA for the treatment of transfers at branch level (CSR Maker, BR \nAuthorizer and FT Exception) are strictly respected\nPrepare branch operations daily\/weekly\/monthly reports\nVerify and validate transactions processed in the service and ensure the branches release the system for EOD runs as defined.\n\nAct as back up of Head Retail Operations\nPerform other functions as advised by hierarchy\nJOB PROFILE\n\nExperience &amp;
