\u2022 Acquiring new consumer & commercial banking businesses and deepening existing customer relationships for the customer segment handled
\u2022 Reviewing strategy implementation and sales\/ market analysis with the view of increasing the profitability of business
\u2022 Demonstrate excellence on each service interaction with customers
Key Accountabilities:
\u2022 Relationship building with new and existing customers to ensure profitability
\u2022 Active participation in branch sales planning to generate action plans for meeting targets
\u2022 Handling customer issues and complaints
\u2022 Planning and carrying out desk based prospecting and maintaining
up to date call reports.
\u2022 Obtaining timely and relevant market feedback useful for product
development, competitor monitoring and customer service
improvement
\u2022 Preparing regular sales activities and performance reports
\u2022 Contributing to direct sales skills development and performance
improvement
\u2022 Other related duties as assigned<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Qualification required: Minimum education level \u2013 Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Banking and Finance, any other relevant discipline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Experience required:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Minimum experience: At least 2 years\u2019 seniority in the bank. Key Competencies:

\u2022 Product knowledge of all banks in the territory

\u2022 Ability to quickly assess potential of prospects

segment
\u2022 Ability to match and positively present product features and benefits to
customer needs
\u2022 Sharp judgment as to when to ask, attempt to close or ease off on a
prospect
\u2022 Ability to follow through on promises to customers\u2019 or prospects\u2019
satisfaction
