\u25aa Ensure that vendors meet or exceed their contractual obligations by delivering quality products and services on time.
Role & Responsibilities
\u25aa Recruitment of Vendor Staff in line with SLA
\u25aa Redeployment, re-assignment and conversion of eligible
vendor staff
\u25aa Rendition of vendor staff monthly report
\u25aa Reconciliation of Vendor Payroll\/HCM data
\u25aa Realignment of staff cost exceptions
\u25aa Processing of outsourced Loan
\u25aa Relating with Vendor Companies for Seamless Service issue in
all our Business Offices
\u25aa To ensure that all vendors and outsourced staff comply with
the agreed SLA
\u25aa Reporting on all outsourced DATA
\u25aa Monitoring and filing of vendor staff files
\u25aa Monitoring of all disciplinary process related to Vendor Staff
\u25aa Follow-up of Vendor Managed staff performance
\u25aa All other tasks assigned in the unit<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25aa Zero tolerance for unresolved complaints
\u25aa Zero tolerance for regulatory infractions
\u25aa Quality of reports
\u25aa No of vendor staff hired vs number required
\u25aa EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Education- Minimum: First degree in Human Resources,
economics, finance or quantitative sciences related discipline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Experience \u2013 Minimum of 03 years banking or 4 years non- banking but related experience.
