Responsibilities<br>\u25aa Ensure that credit approvals and collateral documents meet conditions.<br>\u25aa Ensure that credit approvals and collateral documents meet conditions.<br>\u25aa Ensure that conditions for credits are offered to customers as approved.<br>\u25aa Ensure that terms of conditions of credits are conveyed as approved<br>\u25aa Ensure that Bonds &amp; Guarantee are issued in accordance with approved terms and conditions<br>\u25aa Ensure that all reviewed collateral documents are lodged for filing<br>\u25aa Ensure that all necessary reports are rendered as and when due or<br>required<br>\u25aa Ensure that all Irrevocable Standing Payment Orders are issued in accordance with approved terms and conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Ensurethatcreditapprovalsandcollateraldocumentsmeetconditions: (Time Spent 30%)<br>\u25aa Review all credit approvals to ensure that they are in line with the credit policy and regulatory provisions.<br>\u25aa Identify the approved collateral and securities and ensure that all collateral documents meet the approved conditions and that they are in place before authorizing availment of all facilities and guarantees issuance.<br>\u25aa Ensure that all approved pre-disbursement conditions are in place before availment of facilities .<br>\u25aa Liaise with the Business offices and Credit Admin to ensure that satisfactory CRMS report is in place before availment of facilities.<br>\u25aa Ensure that good credit bureau reports are in place before availment of facilities<br>\u25aa Advise management in dealing with credits with unsatisfactory credit reports.<br>\u25aa Advise management on the appropriate steps to deal with improperly approved facilities and deficient documentation.<br>\u25aa Prepare and sign off on Credit Availment Tickets.<\/li><li>Ensure that conditions for credits are offered to customers as<br>approved: (Time spent 15%)<br>\u25aa Issuance of offer letters to customers in line with approved terms and Conditions of the facilities.<\/li><li>Ensurethattermsandconditionsofcreditsareofferedtocustomers as approved: (Time spent 20%)<br>\u25aa Review of Credit Approval Communication to convey the terms and conditions of credit approval<\/li><li>Ensure that Bonds &amp; Guarantees are issued in accordance with approved terms and conditions: (Time spent 20%)<br>\u25aa Review all requests for bonds and guarantees to ensure they are in line with approved terms and conditions.<br>\u25aa Issuance of bonds and guarantees in line with approved terms and conditions.<br>\u25aa Confirmation of bonds and guarantees issued to beneficiaries.<br>\u25aa Ensure that all approved income and fees on bonds and<br>guarantees issuance are taken.<\/li><li>Rendition of management reports and registration of collateral documents: (Time spent 5%)<br>\u25aa Rendering reports to Management as and when required on approved credits.<br>\u25aa Rendering reports on availed facilities.<\/li><li>Ensure that all reviewed collateral documents are lodged for filing:<br>(Time spent 5%)<br>\u25aa Ensure that all disbursement and collateral documents from the business offices are received for filing.<br>\u25aa Ensurethatallcreditandcollateraldocumentsarelodgedwiththe Archives after availment for proper custody and safety.<br>\u25aa Ensure the maintenance of filing systems, both electronic and hard copy.<\/li><li>Ensure that Irrevocable Standing Payment Orders (ISPO) are issued in accordance with approved terms and condition:<\/li><li><br>\u25aa Review all request for ISPOs issuance to ensure it is in line with approved terms and conditions.<br>\u25aa Issuance of ISPOs in line with approved terms and conditions.<br>\u25aa Confirmation of ISPOs issued to beneficiaries.<br>\u25aa Ensure that all approved income and fees on ISPO issuance are<br>taken.<\/li><li><br>Key Performance Indicator<\/li><li><br>\u25aa Responsiveness to availment requests within 24 hours of receipt of complete documentation.<br>\u25aa Effectiveness at ensuring that approved credits are availed only when conditions precedent to drawdown have been satisfied or appropriate deferrals\/waivers obtained.<br>\u25aa Timeliness in generating report as at when due.
