Responsibilities<br>Filing &amp; Mails<br>\u2022 Preparation and review of New Hires Files<br>\u2022 Filing of all documents related to staff on their individual files<br>\u2022 Maintain a good staff filing<br>\u2022 Supervises the delivery of all HCM couriers to related staff or supervisor and Liaises with Courier Service Providers on Courier issues<br>\u2022 Manages Report of all Mails received and dispatched to follow up mails for effective delivery<br>Leave Management<br>\u2022 Preparation of Annual Leave Plan with Supervisor<br>\u2022 Monitoring leave departure to reduce back-log (Handover \u2013<br>Attestations \u2013 filing)<br>\u2022 Preparation of Monthly\/ Weekly Activity Report of leave National Pension Funds<br>\u2022 Ensure registration of all new joiners at the National pension funds<br>\u2022 Ensure exit of all exited staff at the National pension funds<br>\u2022 Follow-up of all reimbursement due to staff by the National Pension funds (Maternity Allowance, Child Allowance, Retirement Allowance, Long Service award Allowance)<br>Employee Background Check<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Verification of staff results and documents for all new hires<br>\u2022 Confirmation of past employer reference for experienced hires<br>\u2022 Preparation of Monthly\/ Weekly Activity Report of the unit<br>\u2022 Carrying out other assignment given by the Supervisor<br>Recruitment &amp; Training Support<br>\u2022 Preparation of interview (Notification of Candidates \u2013 Preparation of Interview Sheet \u2013 Filing)<br>\u2022 Confirmation of past employer reference for experienced hires<br>\u2022 Preparation of Monthly\/ Weekly Activity Report of the unit<br>\u2022 Support Organization of Training<br>Internship Management<br>\u2022 Internship Management (Letter \u2013 Attestation \u2013 Allocation per Unit \u2013 Renewal \u2013 Exit \u2013 Filing \u2013 Supervisor notification)<br>\u2022 Carrying out other assignment given by the Supervisor Key Performance Indicator<br>\u2022 Number of employee documents verified vs. target<br>\u2022 Timeliness in carrying out verification process<br>\u2022 Zero error tolerance in employee document verifications<br>\u2022 Completeness of new hires files<br>\u2022 Leave plan\/VS leave Departures<br>\u2022 Recruitment close Vs Target<br>\u2022 Trainings Clos Vs Target \u2022<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\u25aa EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Education- Minimum: First degree in Human Resources,<br>economics, finance or quantitative sciences related discipline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Experience \u2013 Minimum of 03 years banking or 4 years non- banking but related experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Key Competencies: Knowledge<br>\u2022 Recruitment Knowledge<br>\u2022 Risk Assessment<br>\u2022 Due diligence<br>\u2022 Knowledge of outsourcing<br>\u2022 Knowledge of Bank\u2019s policies and Procedures<br>\u2022 Understanding of Vendor business<br>\u2022 Practical &amp;
