Job Title: Marketing Communication Officer (Media & Digital) Department: Marketing Communication
Reporting Line : Head Marketing Communication
Location : HEAD OFFICE
Job Objectives
Develop and implement an effective communications strategy based on our target audience that will make UBA Africa an inspirational, powerful and global brand – A market leader across all relevant industry parameters.
Roles & Responsabilities
\u2022 Collaborate with management to develop and implement an effective communications strategy based on our target audience.
\u2022 Plan, organize, and carry out external and internal communications campaigns
\u2022 Create new engaging written, photo and video content across our social media
\u2022 Platforms
\u2022 Monitoring and assessment of media coverage including
updating media databases and conducting associated
research
\u2022 Maintain records of media coverage and collate analytics
and metrics.
\u2022 Monitor social media channels to identify relevant trends and
influencers for the Bank
\u2022 Assist in writing content and producing print and digital
marketing material projects<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Assist in the selection, photography and uploading of new articles and content to our website
\u2022 Content management to drive digital media engagements, grow followership, and conversion rate for company products and services.
\u2022 Review website and social media analytics and make recommendations to the head Marketing & Brand Communication Projects

\u25aa 100% compliance with our Brand Policy
\u25aa Timely execution of communication campaigns
\u25aa Engagement rate on social media
\u25aa Positive sentiment analysis on social media
\u25aa Provision of rigor, thoroughness and completeness to the
process of reaching consensus on implementation and strategic ideas.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
\u25aa A minimum of Bachelor\u2019s degree in relevant disciplines such as Mass Communication or Business Administration.
\u25aa MSc, MBA will be an added advantage EXPERIENCE
Minimum relevant banking experience: n\/a. Minimum non- banking but related experience: 3
