PURPOSE OF STATEMENT<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The knowledge Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of running the Kn Division including budget responsibility, <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sales\/Marketing management, auditor, back- office and financial management, staffing, training, systems improvement and interface with the other international client\u2019s affiliates for registration and contractual requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
RESPONSABILITIES<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u25aa Strategy Planning\/Budgeting \u2013 Ensure the development of the annual strategic plan from which the financial budget will be developed.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You will be responsible for the implementation, monitoring and corrective action of business strategy and budgets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u25aa Resourcing \u2013 Ensure the monitoring, identification, and recruitment of additional staff requirements in line with business growth and development and for achieving all identified targets for auditor utilization, sales targets, and back-office and customer service targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u25aa Staff Training \u2013 You will be responsible for the training program and schedules of local trainees, with the objective of developing local resources for the business as determined by the group business development strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u25aa Sales\/Marketing \u2013 Drive the sales\/marketing activities through the development and implementation of sales\/marketing plans and teams.
You will also be required effectively manage all sales and marketing staff and ensure that the most effective sales processes are in place and in-line with Kn global requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u25aa New Products: Evaluate the market for new product opportunities, identify and inform the Kn business team on any new initiatives, as well as aggressively roll-out new identified products in your affiliate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u25aa Cost Control \u2013 Ensure the cost control in line with budgeted objectives and take preventative and corrective and corrective action when required.<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n\u25aa Reporting \u2013 Ensure the preparation, reporting and monitoring of monthly activities in line with company reporting format and schedules.
\u25aa Internal Quality \u2013 Maintain and improve internal quality systems requirement as defined by Kn Business and for implementation and maintenance of Global Procedures.
\u25aa Succession Planning \u2013 Ensure the development of your immediate supervisors.
\u25aa Cross-Selling \u2013 As a senior manager of the company, you are required to work closely with other divisional manager, offer constructive input at meetings and assist in the cross selling of divisional Organization\u2019s Services.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Competency Requirements
\u25aa Master in quality management
\u25aa Minimum 07 years of professional experience in the field of quality or consulting.
\u25aa Knowledge of management system standards
\u25aa Certified Auditor
\u25aa Mastery of computer tools.
\u25aa Fluency in French and English
\u25aa High level of leadership skills
\u25aa People Management Skills \/ Experience
\u25aa Sales management experience.
\u25aa Ability to drive and lead change.
\u25aa Analytical, decisive, adaptable, ethical, problem solver, persuasive, commercially sensitive
\u25aa Customer and commercial focus
\u25aa Verbal & written communication skills \u2013 highly developed presentation skills and ability to interact effectively with senior government officials, and senior management of organizations.
\u25aa Team player with ability to operate without close supervision.
\u25aa Multiple language proficiency is an advantage<\/p>\n\n\n\n
