Optimiser l&rsquo;organisation commerciale , les processus de vente , les moyens n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation des activit\u00e9s . <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Renseigner les tableaux de bord , proposer des am\u00e9liorations des outils de suivi , des processus de vente . <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. &#8211; Suivre fonctionnement , pr\u00e9visionnel annuel .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> 1. Participer \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9laboration de la<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> 1.Dynamiser au quotidien son \u00e9quipe , strat\u00e9gie commerciale . l&rsquo;accompagner sur le terrain , former<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> 3. \u00c9tablir un plan individuel et collectif :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> les attributions d&rsquo;activit\u00e9s ( march\u00e9 , clients , zone ) , les objectifs , les indicateurs de performance op\u00e9rationnelle ( KPI ) , les actions op\u00e9rationnelles prioritaires , les budget pr\u00e9visionnel . <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Gestion commerciale et de le RECRUTE V TrustSystems<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 \u2022 Pilotage de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe commerciale : les nouveaux commerciaux , expliquer la strat\u00e9gie , d\u00e9tecter les difficult\u00e9s et les potentiels . <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.Organiser et planifier les op\u00e9rations commerciales , r\u00e9partir les interventions , r\u00e9gler des litiges et des probl\u00e9matiques . <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Piloter les activit\u00e9s des commerciaux selon leurs objectifs respectifs . <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 D\u00e9veloppement d&rsquo;un portefeuille personnel de clients <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Exploiter la base de donn\u00e9es clients et assurer des veilles concurrentielles <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Fid\u00e9liser un portefeuille de grands comptes <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. D\u00e9velopper et g\u00e9rer un portefeuille de clients potentiels ( prospects , leads )<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> 4.
