The \nposition is based in Douala. \n\nJob grade: 2A Job level: 3\nNATURE OF CONTRACT: \nPermanent Contract \n\nJOB PURPOSE:\n\nSupervision of Tellers activities and proofing of accounts of the retail operations perimeter.\n\nEnsure timely applicative and functional assistance to operators across branches to enable them to serve our valued clients \nwithin well-defined TAT limits in all remittances operations.\n \nEnsure daily compensation of Western Union and Rapid Transfer operations and maintain accurate and suspens free accounts \nthereof. \n\nKEY RESPONSABILITIES\n\n\u25cf Enforce groupwide standard procedures\n\u25cf Review documentation for processed transactions to ensure strict respect of exchange regulation.\n\u25cf Ensure that remittances service delivery timeframe is within the defined SLA and TAT.\n\u25cf Conduct periodical controls set in the procedures across the affiliate\n\u25cf Ensure daily processing of WU and RT settlement as per Voyager and Intranet respectively\n\u25cf Ensure the reconciliation of RT and WU accounts on a daily basis \u2013there should be no balance mismatch between Rapid \nTransfer\/Western Union plateforms and CBA, investigate and resolve any outstanding items identified\n\u25cf Prompt investigation and response to customers\u2019 claims across branches\n\u25cf Prepare and issue MIS reports on a timely basis to management. \n\u25cf Ensure statutory declarations eg Pre-financing, Balance of Payment, Gatcha, etc are done for RT &amp; WU transactions\n\u25cf Ensure proofing\/reconciliation of branch accounts: immediate credit, suspense accounts, teller differences, transit \naccounts\u2026\n\u25cf Ensure ATMs and POS function properly and proofs are updated and submitted in a timely manner\n\u25cf Prepares daily consolidated cash report and advise branches\n\u25cf Perform other functions as and when assigned by hierarchy.\nREPORTING Line:\n\nHead Retail Operations\n\nEXPERIENCE &amp; QUALIFICATIONS\n\n\n\u25cf Bachelor\u2019s\/Master\u2019s degree in finance, accountancy, or banking operations\n\u25cf At least 02 years experience in Banking Activities especially reconciliation of remittance \u2013 ATM \u2013 banks\u2019 branch accounts\n\u25cf Fluent in English &amp;
