Job grade: 3B        Job level: 5\n \nNATURE OF CONTRACT:\n\nPermanent Contract\n\n\nJOB PURPOSE:\n\nSupervision of Customer service unit activities and proofing of accounts of the retail operations perimeter.\n\nEnsure timely applicative and functional assistance to operators across branches to enable them to serve our valued clients within well-defined TAT limits in all customer service operations.\n\n\nKEY RESPONSABILITIES\n\n\n\u2022    Enforce groupwide standard procedures\n\u2022    Ensure compliance to regulatory and institutional requirements\n\n\u2022    Ensure that customer service delivery timeframe is within the defined SLA and TAT.\n\u2022    Conduct periodical controls set in the procedures across the affiliate\n\u2022    Ensure processing within TAT of cheque book requests, safekeeping of cheque books to be collected by customers\n\u2022    Ensure processing, distribution and destruction of check books not collected by customers after a period of 3 months.\n\u2022    Prompt investigation and response to customers\u2019 claims across branches\n\u2022    Provision of regular trainings to existing branch staff and induction programs to new hire\n\u2022    Prepare and issue MIS reports on a timely basis to management.\n\u2022    Ensure proofing\/reconciliation of retail ops accounts assigned to him\/her\n\u2022    Follow up and ensure that the SLA for the treatment of transfers at branch level (CSR Maker, BR Authorizer and FT Exception) are strictly respected\n\n\u2022    Ensure that all inventories are done at the EOM and available\n\n\u2022    Propose proper solutions to customer service absences related to sickness or leave\n\n\u2022    Ensure that service is continuously at 100% by a proper management of leaves in his\/her area\n\n\u2022    Perform other functions as and when assigned by hierarchy.\n\n\n\nREPORTING Line:\n\nHead Retail Operations\n\n\nEXPERIENCE &amp; QUALIFICATIONS\n\n\u2022    Bachelor\u2019s\/Master\u2019s degree\n\u2022    At least 03 years experience in Banking Activities especially customer service and teller management\n\u2022    Fluent in English &amp;
