Job grade: 2A        Job level: 3\n\nNATURE OF CONTRACT:\n\nPermanent Contract\n\n\nJOB PURPOSE:\n\nSupervision of Tellers activities and proofing of accounts of the retail operations perimeter.\n\nEnsure timely applicative and functional assistance to operators across branches to enable them to serve our valued clients within well-defined TAT limits in all remittances operations.\n\nEnsure daily compensation of Western Union and Rapid Transfer operations and maintain accurate and suspens free accounts thereof.\n\n\nKEY RESPONSABILITIES\n\n\u2022    Enforce groupwide standard procedures\n\u2022    Review documentation for processed transactions to ensure strict respect of exchange regulation.\n\u2022    Ensure that remittances service delivery timeframe is within the defined SLA and TAT.\n\u2022    Conduct periodical controls set in the procedures across the affiliate\n\u2022    Ensure daily processing of  WU and RT settlement as per Voyager and Intranet respectively\n\u2022    Ensure the reconciliation of RT and WU accounts on a daily basis \u2013there should be no balance mismatch between Rapid Transfer\/Western Union plateforms and CBA, investigate and resolve any outstanding items identified\n\u2022    Prompt investigation and response to customers\u2019 claims across branches\n\u2022    Prepare and issue MIS reports on a timely basis to management.\n\u2022    Ensure statutory declarations eg Pre-financing, Balance of Payment, Gatcha, etc are done for RT &amp; WU transactions\n\u2022    Ensure proofing\/reconciliation of branch accounts: immediate credit, suspense accounts, teller differences, transit accounts\u2026\n\u2022    Ensure ATMs and POS function properly and proofs are updated and submitted in a timely manner\n\u2022    Prepares daily consolidated cash report and advise branches\n\u2022    Perform other functions as and when assigned by hierarchy.\n\nREPORTING Line:\n\nHead Retail Operations\n\n\nEXPERIENCE &amp; QUALIFICATIONS\n\n\u2022    Bachelor\u2019s\/Master\u2019s degree in finance, accountancy, or banking operations\n\u2022    At least 02 years experience in Banking Activities especially reconciliation of remittance \u2013 ATM \u2013 banks\u2019 branch accounts\n\u2022    Fluent in English &amp;
