Education Requirements
\uf0b7 Bachelor\u2019s degree in business administration or a similar field
\uf0b7 Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a buyer \/ purchaser
Skills
\uf0b7 Strong research skills
\uf0b7 Analytical skills
\uf0b7 Ability to negociate contracts
\uf0b7 Strong Computer proficiency, especially in MS Excel<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Roles and Responsibilities
\uf0b7 Collaborate with the team to understand the needs of the company
\uf0b7 Review and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers
\uf0b7 Continuous research to find suppliers and vendors that meet the goals of the
company
\uf0b7 Find suppliers that have certain certifications, accreditation, and insurance, along
with a steady stream of materials that fit within budget restraints
\uf0b7 Find and propose new products that fits company strategy and costumer needs to
ensure turnover increase
\uf0b7 Negotiate with suppliers to ensure best prices are provided at all time
\uf0b7 Negotiate with supplier to ensure benefits of promotional campaings are received
\uf0b7 Cautiously monitor the market changes and propose changes required to be made
\uf0b7 Ensure partners continue to meet company needs
\uf0b7 Collect and analyze data to ensure the company is purchasing best items to meet
company expectation and remains market competitiveness etc \u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n
