(01) A LEGAL AND COMPLIANCE OFFICER<\/p>\n\n\n\n
ASSIGNMENTS<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Lead, implement and monitor the legal strategy according to the guidelines defined by General Management:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Plan and coordinate collection actions and activities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
. Master the texts and regulations governing the activity of microfinance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Participate in legal monitoring: Analyze texts, legislative and regulatory research, prudential and doctrinal jurisprudence:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Assist and advise departments and agencies on legal issues:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Provide expertise on all legal files.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
PROFILE<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Bac +5, in Business Law: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar position or in a law firm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
