Branch Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
\u2022 Prepares financial statements and analysis for branch
\u2022 Manages and supervises department employees; responsible for day-to-day supervision and leadership
\u2022 Maintains and oversees all banking procedures and processes
\u2022 Recruiting, vetting, interviewing, and hiring new employees
\u2022 Overseeing approvals of loans, lines of credit, and other fiscal plans
\u2022 Assisting with customer service and satisfaction
\u2022 Marketing branch within community to attract business
\u2022 Records and researches all financial information for analysis
\u2022 Oversees budget reports, preparation of budgets, and analysis of budgets
\u2022 Documents and interprets complicated financial information for bank clients
\u2022 Advises on procedure and financial management as well as developing policies
\u2022 Oversees financial reports for taxes, regulatory agencies, and other financial groups relating to branch finance
\u2022 Forecasts and plans according to fiscal needs
\u2022 Growing box\u2019s numbers and accounts<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Description of tasks:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Managing the Administration Department<\/li>
  2. Managing the Sales Department<\/li>
  3. Managing the Operations Department<\/li>
  4. Preparation of wages and salaries (including commissions & overtime)<\/li>
  5. Accounting<\/li>
  6. Debt collecting and controlling COD money<\/li>
  7. Control of creditors invoices and petty cash<\/li>
  8. Adherence to all Company\u2019s policies and procedures<\/li>
  9. Assessments of staff under your responsibility including training,
    management , etc<\/li>
  10. Developmentofthemarketshareandturnoverforthecompany<\/li>
  11. Monitoragents\u2019performance<\/li>
  12. Monitorsalesteamsperformance<\/li>
  13. Managing technical staff, operations staff, office, stores and crews<\/li>
  14. Managing and maintaining the fleet of vehicles, ensuring that they are
    compliant with roadworthy and traffic regulations<\/li>
  15. Monitoring fuel consumption<\/li>
  16. Purchasing of packing consumables, stock levels and control monitoring inventories.<\/li>
  17. <\/li>
  18. Planning in terms of fleet, logistics and labour<\/li>
  19. Complying with local regulations and codes<\/li>
  20. Ensuring that security regulations of the staff under your supervision are adhered to as well as the security of all employees in the facilities (in the branch and on sites) to prevent any accidents from occurring<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
