We are looking for a Human Resources Supervisor.<\/span><\/p> 
Key Accountabilities:<\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/p> 
\u00b7       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Organize the development of enterprise recruitment, training and performance appraisal system, the formulation of human resources job description and management process;<\/span><\/p> 
\u00b7       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Responsible for the implementation of recruitment plan, assist in interview<\/span><\/p> 
\u00b7       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Responsible for the staff's entry and exit procedures, deal with labor contract disputes<\/span><\/p> 
\u00b7       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Responsible for employee's salary accounting, tax and social insurant payment<\/span><\/p> 
Qualifications and exp\u00e9rience :<\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/p> 
\u00b7       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Min bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources Management<\/span><\/p> 
\u00b7       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Over 3 years work experience, at least 2 years in HR team management <\/span><\/p> 
\u00b7       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Professional human resources management skills, familiar with human resources management processes and related laws and regulations and policies of Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC);<\/span><\/p> 
\u00b7       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Participated in the relevant human resources management, labor laws and regulations and other aspects of training work;<\/span><\/p> 
\u00b7       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Recognition of TRANSSION\u2019S culture;<\/span><\/p> 
Capabilities and Skills :<\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/p> 
\u00b7       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability to solve problems;<\/span><\/p> 
\u00b7       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Good communication skills;<\/span><\/p> 
\u00b7       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Fluent in French and English (written and spoken);<\/span><\/p> 
\u00b7       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability to work out of the country; <\/span><\/p> 
\u00b7       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Good analytical skills;<\/span><\/p> 
\u00b7       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Organization, rigor, ability to work under pressure;<\/span><\/p> 
\u00b7       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Hard working, Responsible, with a high degree of enthusiasm for work.<\/span><\/p>
