Main mission : REPAIR MACHINE AND PREVENT ANY MECHANICAL PROBLEMS
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education: Mechanical Engineering\/ industrial maintenance
Level of education: have at least a GCE A Level in any field related to Mechanical Engineering or a Bachelor degree
Technical skills: Good coordination and intercultural communication skills, Ability to use IT Tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Ability to write reports.
Personal qualities: Good interpersonal skills, Ability to analyze, judge and plan
Professional Experience: at least 03 years working experience as a mechanic
Age: between 21 and 35 years\u2019 old
Be Cameroonian and able to work at DIBAMBA Factory
Being perfectly bilingual or Anglophone
Speaking Chinese is a plus
THE MAIN TASKS OF THE POSITION
Ability to repair the Machines and prevent any mechanical problems before it occurs.
Responsible for the management of the local machine workers, including the arrangement and organization of team personnel, training, etc\u2026
According to production demand, be responsible for starting the machines, making necessary adjustements to make it run smoothly, shutdown the machine
Responsible for performing spot inspection and maintenance of the machine
Responsible for material check after shutdown of the machine;
Responsible for material control, handling and tracking of abnormal material costs
Responsible for checking the quantity of finished goods produced

Formation : Ing\u00e9nierie M\u00e9canique \/ Maintenance industrielle
Niveau de formation : Avoir au moins un Bac technique dans un domaine li\u00e9 au g\u00e9nie m\u00e9canique et au plus une licence dans les domaines suscit\u00e9s.
Comp\u00e9tences Techniques : Bonne coordination et comp\u00e9tences en communication interculturelle, capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 utiliser les outils informatiques : Excel, Word, Powerpoint. Capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9diger des rapports.
Qualit\u00e9s Personnelles : Bonnes comp\u00e9tences interpersonnelles, capacit\u00e9 d\u2019analyse, de jugement et de planification
Exp\u00e9rience Professionnelle : au moins 03 ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience professionnelle en tant que M\u00e9canicien
Age : \u00e2g\u00e9e entre 21 et 35 ans

MISSIONS \/FINALITE DU POSTE
Capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9parer les machines et \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir tout probl\u00e8me m\u00e9canique avant qu\u2019il ne survienne
Responsable de la gestion des ouvriers locaux de la machine, y compris l\u2019arrangement et l\u2019organisation du personnel de l\u2019\u00e9quipe, la formation, etc\u2026
En fonction de la demande de production, \u00eatre responsable du d\u00e9marrage des machines,
Effectuer les r\u00e9glages n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 leur bon fonctionnement, arr\u00eater la machine.
Responsable de la v\u00e9rification du mat\u00e9riel apr\u00e8s l\u2019arr\u00eat de la machine ;
Responsable de l\u2019inspection ponctuelle et de l\u2019entretien de la machine
Responsable de la v\u00e9rification de la quantit\u00e9 des produits finis
Responsable du contr\u00f4le des mat\u00e9riaux, de la manipulation et du suivi des couts anormaux des mat\u00e9riaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
