Hilton Yaounde is looking for a Junior Digital Marketist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
SKILLS
\u00b7 Bachelor degree in Sales & Marketing, or Communications
\u00b7 At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent
\u00b7 Ability to understand key business indicators and competitive trends and develop approaches to these challenges
\u00b7 Good level of IT skills
\u00b7 Proven organizational and planning skills
\u00b7 Ability to work under pressure at all times
\u00b7 Bilingual: Fluent in English and French
\u00b7 Minimum 22 years old – Maximum 30 years old<\/p>\n\n\n\n
DUTY
\u00b7 Captures and edits a steady stream of photos and videos that meet social and marketing needs, and can be used on the hotel\u2019s social feeds, website, and other marketing materials. Content should consist of, but is not limited to the hotel, dining outlets, pool, grounds, architecture, special events and holidays.
\u00b7 Conceptualises content in line with marketing strategies, i.e. optimize reputation, increase brand awareness, contribute towards creative and innovative guest engagement, etc.
\u00b7 Manages organic social editorial calendars and develops an optimal posting schedule strategy that considers web traffic and social engagement metrics.
\u00b7 Posts on each social media channel on a regular basis to keep channels active and consistent.
\u00b7 Sets up and manages the hotel\u2019s online platforms, such as websites and online travel agencies, as well as social media accounts, including those of F&B outlets, replying to guests\u2019 comments, and reviews in a timely manner. Shares feedback with relevant stakeholders.
\u00b7 Is aware of communications from the Hilton Social Team when it comes to crisis communications, announcements, and social media recommendations.
\u00b7 Follows enterprise and brand guidelines and best practices to optimize social media presence, while paying close attention to legal guidelines.
\u00b7 Incorporates social media to the hotel\u2019s marketing strategy, and into all marketing campaigns as deemed appropriate.
\u00b7 Strategizes and executes digital campaigns to generate leads in line with commercial objectives; evaluates performance and recommends improvements.
\u00b7 Generates reports and presents findings to marketing team and key stakeholders.
\u00b7 Remains aware of social media trends and recommends changes that are relevant to the Hotel\u2019s marketing activations.
\u00b7 Vets influencers in collaboration with standards set by the marketing team. Executes and manages any approved influencer campaigns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
