OperationsPart timeCameroonPacking004<a href=\"https:\/\/apply.workable.com\/dangote\/j\/7D799CC8E8\/\">OVERVIEW<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/apply.workable.com\/dangote\/j\/7D799CC8E8\/apply\/\">APPLICATION<\/a>Share this job&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Description<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Monitoring all packing plant operation panels and taking responsibility for the extraction of cement from storage Silos\/Bulk Silos into day silos and Bin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Maintaining cleanliness of the work place.<\/li><li>Compliance with ISO Management System (QMS, EMS and OHSAS).<\/li><li>Any other job as may be assigned by the shift supervisor or superior officer.<\/li><li>Liaise with the cement mill CCR for cement stock level management for harmonized operation.<\/li><li>Take proper charge from previous shift CCR and picking officer.<\/li><li>Take the status of trucks and plan no. of packers to operate, coordinate with cement mill for silo feeding.<\/li><li>To operate in packing plant machine in auto\/group mode.<\/li><li>Coordinate with shift manager, shift supervisor for any stoppages and abnormality<\/li><li>Coordinate with technical team to attend any stoppages.<\/li><li>Record all stoppages, production shift wise, packer wise in proper format in computer.<\/li><li>Ensure all equipment\u2019s are operating within desired parameters.<\/li><li>Coordinate with Truck Placer, Packer Supervisor, Silo Operator to ensure right require material into the bags and into the required truck on loading bay.<\/li><li>Send hourly truck status to HOD, HOS, and Shift Manager.<\/li><li>Send shift end report to HOD, HOS, and Shift Manager.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>B.Sc.\/HND (Applied Science: Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science) in related discipline<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Five years\u2019 experience.<\/li><li>Must have knowledge on computer Microsoft word.<\/li><li>Physically fit to do the job.<\/li><li>Work experience of five years experience.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Skills and Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Can be able to read and write.<\/li><li>Communication skills<\/li><li>Must be computer literate.<\/li><li>Ability to learn new skills.<\/li><li>Ability to do the work.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Benefits<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Private Health Insurance<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paid Time Off<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Training &amp;
