Visionary Technologies Company is currently undergoing transformation\/improvement in almost every aspect of our business. We\u2019re looking for an experienced (at least 2 years) bilingual administrative & finance secretary with <\/span><\/span><\/p> 
1.     <\/span><\/span>Mastery of administrative\/office business management procedures <\/span><\/span><\/p> 
2.     <\/span><\/span>Practical experience in accounting\/financial background (bookkeeping, Reading\/Financial Statements, Analyzing Financial Statements, Generating Financial Statements, Understanding GAAP vs.  ...Financial Forecasting, Calculating Return Investment (ROI), Developing a Data-Driven Mindset, the Language of Finance.<\/span><\/span><\/p> 
3.     <\/span><\/span>Advance skills in Computing (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, publisher, windows operating systems,) and Internet skills (Email, research, social media, online communication, etc.)<\/span><\/span><\/p> 
4.     <\/span><\/span> Knowledge in Sales & Customer Management (Online) <\/span><\/span><\/p>

The main reason as well as objectives of this need (of an experienced bilingual admin & finance secretary) is because we are resetting\/re-strategizing & re-structuring our business. The name will change from Visionary Technologies Company (VTC Cameroon) to Visionary Technologies Corporation (VTC Internationale) and a lot international and external positive changes or improvements.<\/span><\/p> 
 <\/span><\/span><\/p> 
Duties & responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/span> will include but are not limited to; <\/span><\/span><\/p> 
 <\/span><\/p> 
\u00b7  <\/span><\/span>Setting up administrative procedures of VTC<\/span><\/span><\/p> 
\u00b7  <\/span><\/span>Working with accounting & finance consultants of the company to review existing and set up new accounting & finance systems for VTC. <\/span><\/span><\/p> 
\u00b7  <\/span><\/span>Taking memos and Maintaining files( administrative, finance, HR, Clients projects)<\/span><\/span><\/p> 
\u00b7  <\/span><\/span>Sending and receiving Correspondences<\/span><\/span><\/p> 
\u00b7  <\/span><\/span>Taking part in customer relations and experiencing VTC<\/span><\/span><\/p> 
\u00b7  <\/span><\/span>Assist the MD & Other members of management  in overseeing policy formulation and implementation of financial, monetary, economic, trade and development as well as innovation   matters<\/span><\/span><\/p> 
\u00b7  <\/span><\/span>Managing finances ( financial plans, accounting, payments, debt recovery, etc.<\/span><\/span><\/p> 
\u00b7  <\/span><\/span>Keeping records of all financial transactions<\/span><\/span><\/p> 
\u00b7  <\/span><\/span>Generating financial reports such as income statements, cash flow statements, etc...<\/span><\/span><\/p> 
\u00b7  <\/span><\/span>Data entry<\/span><\/span><\/p> 
\u00b7  <\/span><\/span>Word processing<\/span><\/span><\/p> 
\u00b7  <\/span><\/span>Office management<\/span><\/span><\/p> 
\u00b7  <\/span><\/span>Documents preparation and Filing<\/span><\/span><\/p> 
\u00b7  <\/span><\/span>Presentation creation<\/span><\/span><\/p> 
\u00b7  <\/span><\/span>Answering phones<\/span><\/span><\/p> 
\u00b7  <\/span><\/span>Marketing & sales of company solutions both online & offline<\/span><\/span><\/p> 
\u00b7  <\/span><\/span>Customer service & relations<\/span><\/span><\/p>
