Reporting to the Managing Director, your main missions will be: <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\uf0b7 Play a key role in establishing technology vision and lead the Company\u2019s technology innovationanddevelopment ; <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\uf0b7 Recommend and implement the technical strategy roadmap that will align with company businessgoals and objectives in support of continuing growth ; <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\uf0b7 See the role through the lens of the business, while driving innovative technologies that will
enhance the company\u2019s products and services and create a sustainable competitive advantageforthe Company.
In order to fulfil your missions, you will: <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\uf0b7 Actively participate in the definition and implementation of the long and short-termtechnologystrategy in line with the local Operation and Group Technology strategy and goals; <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\uf0b7 Proactively establish relationships and meet with current and potential customers to demonstratethe company\u2019s credibility at solving problems with technically differentiated solutions ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\uf0b7 Seek partnerships with strategic suppliers, local renowned universities, and high schools toincreaselearning opportunities and research projects ; <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\uf0b7 Responsible for the development and mentoring of mid senior level technical staff ; <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\uf0b7 Responsible for network assurance and performance ; <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\uf0b7 Change leadership focus and orientation ; <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\uf0b7 Build a culture of accountability within the entire technical team ; <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\uf0b7 Participate in the staffing of Department(Regions). This entails the identification of the capabilitiesrequired for immediate and future operations, the recruitment, training, development planningandmotivation of personnel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Profile : <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\uf0b7 A Master\u2019s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, Electronic Engineering or related fieldofstudy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\uf0b7 At least 10 years\u2019 experience in the field of Telecommunications, Electrical, Electronic Engineering. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\uf0b7 Proven track record in innovation strategy . <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\uf0b7 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in relevant languages to the accounts assigned. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\uf0b7 Strong team building experience, both direct and through cross-functional teams. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\uf0b7 International experience in innovative raw materials, ingredients industry and startup is a plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\uf0b7 Be leader and focus on optimization and continuous improvement .<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\uf0b7 Bilingual speaking (English\/French) with strong verbal and written communication skills is essential.
